Refund Policy:
In the unlikely event that our south Florida weather or sea conditions are unfavorable for flying, we will issue credit for an alternate date, or cheerfully refund any unused portion of your deposit. We do not give refunds for seasickness, airsickness, or no-shows. Reservations canceled 72 hrs. in advance will receive a full refund, less than 72 hours cancellation will pay a 15% cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel reservations without notice, with a full refund, upon issuance of a hurricane watch or warning, or any small craft advisory for the Gulf of Mexico in the SW Florida area.
Only one discount type may be used per person, and discount offers do not apply to sale prices.
For your safety as well as ours, all passengers must be at least 12 years of age, 4′8″ to 6′8″ tall, with a maximum weight of 240 lbs.
